Position Title: Sales Executive (Johor Bahru)

RELYON ASIA, a proud member of RelyOn Global, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at our Johor Bahru Training Center in Pasir Gudang.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for sales activities, including safety training inquiries, course bookings, and customer service.
• Maintain meticulous records concerning safety training requirements and customer interactions.
• Expand customer base through proactive sales initiatives, identifying and acquiring new market segments.
• Foster positive relationships with new and dormant accounts, striving for excellence in customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, channeling feedback for necessary improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 year in sales or customer service, preferably in safety training within safety-critical sectors.
• Proficient in sales techniques and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Independent, organized, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in written and oral English, coupled with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
