Company: KiteSense — Luminee Learning
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Head of Partnerships
About Luminee Learning
Luminee Learning is KiteSense’s AI-powered learning platform for primary school children. We combine personalised practice, clear explanations and feedback to help children learn independently and make progress.
We work with community organisations, education providers and funding partners to bring personalised learning to more children. We are looking for an experienced partnership professional to help grow this work across Singapore.
About the Role
As a key deputy to the Head of Partnerships, you will develop new partnerships and grow existing collaborations with community organisations, afterschool operators, government agencies, foundations and programme sponsors.
You will independently lead an assigned portfolio, from identifying opportunities and developing proposals through to securing agreements, reviewing results, renewing partnerships and expanding programmes.
You will work closely with our implementation and learning analytics teams, combining commercial judgement with a practical understanding of partners’ needs. Your goal is to build sustainable partnerships that reach more learners and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop New Partnerships
- Identify and prioritise organisations whose needs and objectives align with Luminee Learning’s programmes.
- Initiate conversations, understand learner and partner needs, and develop suitable partnership opportunities.
- Map key stakeholders, decision-making processes, funding sources, approval requirements and procurement routes.
- Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline, with clear next steps, timelines and expected value.
2. Develop Proposals and Secure Agreements
- Develop proposals and business cases covering programme scope, delivery approach, pricing, expected benefits and success measures.
- Lead presentations and commercial discussions, negotiating within agreed parameters and securing approvals for exceptions.
- Prepare programme funding proposals, procurement submissions and tender responses where relevant.
- Coordinate with leadership, Finance and delivery teams to ensure agreements are financially sustainable and operationally achievable.
3. Manage and Expand Partnerships
- Own relationships with assigned partners, engaging both senior decision-makers and programme teams.
- Develop account plans that identify partner priorities, renewal milestones and opportunities for growth.
- Establish clear pathways for successful pilots to expand across additional centres, learner groups, subjects or programme cycles.
- Lead renewal and expansion discussions, using programme evidence and partner feedback to build the case for continued investment.
4. Coordinate Delivery and Demonstrate Value
- Agree on programme objectives, responsibilities, resources and review milestones before launch.
- Work with the Enablement & Implementation Lead, who manages onboarding, facilitator training and routine delivery support.
- Monitor participation and adoption, address partnership risks and coordinate internal support when issues require escalation.
- Work with the learning analytics team to interpret programme results and lead partner reviews with clear recommendations and next steps.
5. Support Segment Leadership
- Work with the Head of Partnerships on segment priorities, growth plans and resource requirements.
- Lead agreed workstreams and represent the partnerships team in meetings as delegated.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, account plans and records of commitments, risks and opportunities.
- Help develop repeatable proposals, programme packages and partnership processes that support efficient growth.
- Share partner insights with Product, Curriculum and implementation teams to improve our offering.
What We Are Looking For
- Typically four or more years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, institutional sales or related roles. Candidates with fewer years and a strong track record are welcome.
- Demonstrated success in developing opportunities, securing agreements and expanding partnerships, with clear examples of your personal contribution.
- Experience working with one or more of the following: government agencies, community organisations, foundations, afterschool operators or education providers.
- Commercial judgement, including the ability to assess programme budgets, pricing, funding arrangements and delivery requirements.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret programme data and translate findings into a clear case for continuation, improvement or expansion.
- Strong organisation and independent follow-through across multiple opportunities and accounts.
- A practical, collaborative approach and a commitment to improving children’s access to effective learning.
What Success Looks Like
- New partnerships translate into signed agreements and funded programmes.
- Successful pilots progress into wider or recurring deployments.
- Existing partners renew and expand their engagement.
- Programmes achieve agreed participation and learning objectives, supported by credible evidence.
- Partnership revenue and programme funding grow sustainably, with clear visibility of pipeline and delivery commitments.
- Repeatable processes help the team grow without a corresponding increase in bespoke work.
Why Join Us
You will build on an established community partnership base and take ownership of a strategically important growth area. Working closely with leadership, implementation and analytics colleagues, you will help shape how personalised learning reaches more children across Singapore.
