Alangkaar is a Singapore events company producing weddings, corporate events and stage shows. We own our stage, truss, LED, lighting and PA sound equipment. We have many events from now to December and need technicians who own the whole job, end to end, from warehouse to venue and back.

THE JOB - END TO END, EVERY EVENT

1. Warehouse: check, test and load all lighting and sound items for the job (our lorry or a Lalamove van we arrange)

2. Travel with the equipment to the event site

3. LIGHTING: rig and set up all lights (pars, wash, moving heads, pin spots, uplights, decor lighting), fix any faults, program all fixtures on our Avolites console and build good-looking effects and scenes for the event

4. SOUND: set up the PA, mixer and wireless mics, line check and sound check everything before guests arrive

5. Run lighting and sound during the event (entrances, first dance, speeches, cake, party)

6. Teardown: pack down, check every item, load back and return to the warehouse

Whatever the hours, the job is done only when everything is set, tested, run and safely back.
