About the role

Provide IT support through live chat and written communication channels for Eats365 products and systems. This is a chat customer support position, with customer enquiries handled primarily through live chat and written communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to merchants enquiries professionally and in a timely manner

• Assist merchants with questions and basic troubleshooting related to Eats365 products and systems

• Escalate complex technical or product issues to the relevant team when necessary

• Follow up on merchants enquiries and ensure proper resolution

• Learn Eats365 products, systems, and customer support processes

• Work closely with internal teams to provide a smooth merchants experience

About you

• Able to read and write both Simplified and Traditional C h i n e s e

• Fluent in M a n d a r i n , proficiency in Cantonese and E n g l i s h is an added advantage

• Interested in IT Services and technology support

• Comfortable communicating with end users through live chat

• Good written communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
