The Job
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client
Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities
Present products with strong storytelling, highlighting craftsmanship and heritage
Handle sales transactions, after-sales service, and client inquiries professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
The Talent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or fashion)
Proven sales ability with a results-driven mindset
Familiar with CRM tools and boutique operations is an advantage
