We need a hands-on graphic designer who uses AI as a core design tool and still holds a high quality bar. You will create the visuals that sell our products and grow our channel, generate and edit with AI, catch and fix what AI gets wrong, and keep every image true to the Leo brand.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing visuals. Create campaign key visuals, social posts, carousels, ads and newsletter (EDM) graphics, adapted to every size we need.
• Design for e-commerce. Produce Shopify product images, banners and collection visuals that drive sales.
• Package our YouTube content. Design thumbnails and Shorts covers that follow our template and win the click.
• Create with AI. Generate and edit images with AI tools, using character sheets and references to keep characters on-model.
• Quality-check AI output. Check every image at full size (faces, hands, props, text, logos, edges) and fix problems before anything ships.
• Design merchandise. Create artwork and print-ready files for apparel, bags, plush toys and books, and give clear visual feedback to factories.
• Protect the brand. Follow the Leo The Wildlife Ranger style guide and help improve our AI design workflows, prompts and templates.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience (brand, e-commerce, agency or entertainment).
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills, especially retouching and compositing.
• Proven, hands-on AI image skills, with real project examples showing raw AI output vs. your final design.
• A sharp eye for detail: you spot a wrong hand, an off-model character or a distorted logo.
• Solid layout and typography for both digital and print.
• Good written English.

Nice to have: kids animation or licensed-character brand experience; AI video tools or basic video editing; YouTube thumbnail experience; packaging, merchandise or print production experience; experience with Claude or other AI agents.
