JOB SUMMARY

The test engineer is responsible to maintain and improve test systems and processes to ensure product quality and reliability. Trouble shoot test failures, improve test yield, supports NPI and work with cross functional team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and optimize test procedures, test programs, and testing methods.

· Support new product introduction and production test setup.

· Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment, fixtures, and automated test systems.

· Coordinate equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.

· Ensure test systems are accurate, reliable, and available for production.

AUTHORITY

· Authorized to develop, modify, and maintain test programs and procedures within approved engineering specifications.

· Authorized to review test results, analyze failure trends, and report quality or technical issues to relevant departments.

· Authorized to request equipment calibration, maintenance, and validation to ensure test system reliability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• · 2–5 years of relevant experience in product testing, test engineering, or manufacturing environments.

JOB RELATED SKILLS

• · Ability to analyze test results, identify failure trends, monitor test yield, and recommend improvements.
• · Proficient in problem-solving techniques such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D.
• · Diagnose test system failures, identifying technical issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• · Ability to develop, implement, and optimize test procedures, test programs, and testing methods.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
