• Education and Experience:A bachelor's degree or above in any discipline. Candidates with backgrounds in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with2–3 years of work experience, particularly in project coordination, operations management, administrative management, business support, or cross-functional collaboration, will be given preference.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management from China, prepare work reports, and handle business-related documents. Good command of spoken and written English is required. The ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia for daily workplace coordination is an advantage.

• Driving Licence: Must hold a valid Malaysian driving licence and be able to travel locally for work-related activities and external coordination when required.

• Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Execution and Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable tasks, monitor progress, identify issues, and drive solutions.

• Learning Agility and Growth Potential: Strong learning ability, clear thinking, and a willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of manufacturing operations and business management. Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and long-term career development.

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating daily operations and breaking down strategic goals into actionable key tasks for each department

• Set up tracking mechanisms and oversee the full implementation process

• Oversee cross department resource coordination and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks during business delivery

• Drive cross department workflow optimization and standardization to boost operational efficiency

• Develop localized employment plans aligned with company strategy

• Support the General Manager in establishing robust management systems that comply with regulations

• Engage with government agencies and strategic partners upon the General Manager's authorization

• Maintain key external relationships vital to the company's growth

• Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager
