Job description:

Join Citra Nusantara Sdn Bhd, a growing brand in catering, event management and ready-to-eat products. We committed to deliver quality food and exceptional service. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to support our expanding operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Halal compliance in accordance with applicable requirements and company procedures.
• Assist in managing Halal certification applications, renewals, documentation, and records.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at the central kitchen and production areas.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and relevant food safety requirements, where applicable.
• Conduct routine inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with Halal and quality standards.
• Monitor raw materials, ingredients, suppliers, food handling, storage, and product traceability.
• Maintain Halal and QAQC documentation, reports, checklists, and records.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate staff training and awareness on Halal compliance, hygiene, and food safety.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, certification bodies, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as assigned by superiors or management team on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Halal Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Halal compliance, QAQC, or the food industry.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Halal certification requirements and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene practices will be an advantage.
• Good documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced food production and catering environment.

Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
