About this role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeler / Technical Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical shop drawings using BRICSCAD, Revit and/or other CAD software, ensuring that all drawings are accurate, updated and properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare shop drawings using BRICSCAD, Revit, and/or AutoCAD.
  • Amend, revise, and update drawings according to instructions and project requirements.
  • Carry out detailed drafting of component parts and construction details.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage drawings systematically.
  • Prepare and maintain drawing logs and documentation records.
  • Coordinate and liaise with project teams and relevant parties to clarify and resolve drawing-related issues.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software, such as BRICSCAD, Revit, or AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Revit and/or BRICSCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with relevant software skills are also encouraged to apply.
