Job Summary

Join KALP PTE LTD as a full-time Marketing & Sales / Growth Marketing Intern in Singapore River Central Region. Gain hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns and supporting growth initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across search engine marketing and social media channels to drive growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Support creation and optimization of marketing content for digital platforms to increase engagement
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and report key performance indicators to inform strategy
• Assist with lead generation and nurturing activities to support sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth marketing initiatives effectively
• Manage digital advertising platforms and support budget allocation for campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing materials and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Contribute ideas and insights during team brainstorming and strategic planning sessions

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate ideas
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights
