Hiring: Manager, Legal Services | Kuala Lumpur

We are hiring a Manager, Legal Services for a permanent, on-site opportunity with one of my client.

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Employment: Permanent | Full-time

Work Arrangement: On-site

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Experience: 3–5 years

What You’ll Do:

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts

• Handle corporate legal matters, investment agreements and documentation

• Advise stakeholders on contractual and legal risks

• Develop and improve contract templates and legal processes

• Support international contracts involving different jurisdictions

• Liaise with external legal counsel and counterparties

• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Law / Professional Legal Qualification

3–5 years of relevant legal experience

Strong Contract Law & Corporate Law experience

Experience with commercial contract review and negotiation

Exposure to international/multijurisdictional contracts

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Commercially minded, proactive and confident
