We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to help grow CLEARHULL.AI and ATLASAI, our AI and robotics technology initiatives spanning maritime, underwater, industrial and autonomous systems.

This is a startup internship—not a corporate attachment. You won't spend your internship waiting for someone to give you a checklist. You'll be given real objectives, problems and opportunities, and trusted to figure out how to move them forward.

You'll work alongside our founding and technical teams, but ownership comes with independence. We expect you to research, experiment, propose ideas, execute and improve. There will not always be a step-by-step guide—and that's intentional.

If you're looking for constant supervision and highly structured daily tasks, this probably isn't the internship for you. If you want to discover how much you can actually accomplish when you're given ownership, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Own

• Content & Storytelling – Turn exciting developments in AI, robotics and underwater technology into content people actually want to read across LinkedIn, websites, presentations and campaigns.
• Brand Building – Help shape how CLEARHULL.AI and ATLASAI look, sound and position themselves as emerging technology brands.
• Growth Experiments – Develop and test ideas to increase awareness, engagement, website traffic and potential leads. See something we should be doing? Pitch it—and potentially own it.
• Website & SEO – Improve our digital presence, experiment with SEO and discover ways to make our technologies more visible online.
• Market Intelligence – Explore what's happening across AI, robotics, maritime technology and startups. Identify competitors, trends and opportunities before they become obvious.
• Campaigns & Events – Get involved in product launches, exhibitions, innovation challenges, technology demonstrations and industry events across Singapore and the region.
• Commercial Storytelling – Help turn complex technologies into pitch decks, case studies, videos, graphics and stories that customers, partners and investors can understand.

We believe interns can contribute far beyond "intern work."

You may receive an objective instead of instructions.

Your job could be to figure out how.

Research the audience. Analyse what competitors are doing. Develop ideas. Create the content. Launch something. Measure what happened. Improve it.

You'll have access to the team for direction and feedback—but we expect you to take the first step rather than wait for one.

Sometimes priorities will change. Sometimes an idea won't work. Sometimes you'll need to learn a new tool in an afternoon because the project needs it.

That's startup life.

What You'll Walk Away With

Instead of spending months observing from the sidelines, you'll have opportunities to build a portfolio of real work with real outcomes.

Along the way, you'll learn things that are difficult to teach in a classroom: how to operate when the answer isn't obvious, communicate technical ideas simply, prioritise when resources are limited, test ideas quickly and take responsibility for an outcome.

We're less interested in whether you already know everything and more interested in how you approach something you don't know.

You'll probably enjoy this internship if you:

• Are curious, resourceful and naturally try to figure things out.
• Want ownership rather than just assignments.
• Can turn a rough idea into something tangible.
• Are comfortable searching, experimenting and learning independently.
• Have strong writing, communication or visual storytelling abilities.
• Are interested in AI, robotics, technology or entrepreneurship.
• Use—or are excited to learn—tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, website CMS platforms, analytics and generative AI.
• Can move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Are willing to make mistakes, learn from them and try again.
• See something that could be better and think, "I can fix that."

Experience in digital marketing, SEO, video editing, website management, analytics or content creation is a plus—but initiative matters more than having every skill on Day 1.

This internship offers significant freedom, but freedom comes with responsibility.

We will provide context, access, feedback and support when you need it. However, we won't always tell you exactly what to do next.

If your ideal internship is highly structured with detailed instructions for every task, this environment may feel challenging.
