Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in full-spectrum HR operations and recruitment.

HR Executive: 1–3 years of relevant working experience.

HR Manager: At least 5 years of relevant experience with team leadership exposure.

Familiar with Malaysian employment practices, payroll processes, and HR documentation.

Good interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience using HRIS will be an added advantage.

Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Oversee and support the company’s full spectrum of HR functions.

Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.

Assist with payroll preparation, employee benefits, and claims administration.

Handle employee relations matters and provide timely HR support to employees and management.

Coordinate employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes.

Support performance appraisals, staff training, and employee engagement activities.

Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and internal workflows.

Ensure HR practices are in line with Malaysian employment regulations.

Prepare HR reports and provide relevant updates or analysis to management.

Guide and support HR team members, where applicable.

Carry out other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
