We are looking for a *young, driven and commercially minded Relationship Manager / Loan Officer* to join our team.

This is *not a desk-bound administrative role*.

## ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and expand your own network of clients, introducers and business contacts.

* Identify and originate suitable loan opportunities through personal networking and professional relationships.

* Meet prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and circumstances.

* Assess loan applications and supporting documents.

* Conduct credit assessment and make recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Approve loans within authorised limits and procedures.

* Manage the loan process from application through disbursement.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business and referrals.

* Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments professionally.

* Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

* Work closely with management to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.

*Basic salary: S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month*
