As a Finance and HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage daily accounting activities, including AP, AR and General Ledger.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Support purchasing and procurement, including POs and delivery tracking.
• Assist with audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Manage payroll, staff claims, benefits and leave administration.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings and interviews.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HR policies.
• Handle employee relations and support training and development activities.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies and vendor management.
• Coordinate meetings, company events and workplace health & safety requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
