Job Description

• Provide professional pharmaceutical consultation, medication counselling, and healthcare advice to customers.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and professional standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Provide temporary pharmacist coverage at designated branches to support daily operations, staff leave, and manpower requirements.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Retail pharmacy experience is an added advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality, responsible, and customer-friendly.
• Able to work on an on-call, flexible, or scheduled basis depending on branch requirements.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to travel and provide pharmacist coverage across branches within Klang Valley.
• Able to work independently and adapt to different branch environments.

Pay: RM28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
