About the Role

This role is responsible for the design and preparation of submission and production drawings for the company’s standard and special products, and for supporting product approval, costing, and technical engagement with clients and consultants. The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Production, and external project parties to ensure products meet project requirements and are accepted for use in projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and prepare submission and production drawings for standard and special products.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on the approval of products proposed for projects.
• Prepare product costing and advise Sales on selling prices.
• Coordinate with Production and Sales on drawing revisions, technical clarifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, including British and Malaysian standards.
• Assist in technical training sessions and system demonstrations for contractors, architects, and developers.
• Maintain drawing records and technical documentation for projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support project and departmental needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Able to operate AutoCAD and other design software.
• Familiar with reinforced concrete (RC) design standards, such as British Standards and Malaysian Standards.
• Good communication skills for dealing with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Able to prepare costings and work with Excel.
• Good attention to detail and able to meet project deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred; experience in precast, building materials, or construction products is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
