Position: Project Manager cum Business Analyst

Type: Yearly contract extendable

Experience: 5-8 years of IT project management & Business Analysis

Job Description :

• Responsible to manage project implementation end to end throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design & development, testing, deployment and post implementation
• The candidate is expected to work in tandem with project team members and business users

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, subsequently translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive decision-making and requirement validation.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities to ensure solution readiness.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and governance updates for management and stakeholders

Pay: RM9,100.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
