Java Backend DeveloperJob Responsibilities

• Independently gather and analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and deliver high-quality code within project timelines.
• Continuously optimize and enhance the architecture of existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical solution discussions, research new technologies, and resolve complex technical challenges during development.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Participate in system maintenance, monitoring, and daily operational support.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of JVM, multithreading, and extensive experience in web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with mainstream Java frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and MyBatis, including their underlying principles.
• Familiar with Spring Cloud (especially Spring Cloud Alibaba) and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, coding best practices, and system architecture design.
• Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, including database performance tuning and SQL optimization.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and caching technologies such as Redis and MongoDB.
• Familiar with message queue technologies such as Kafka, RocketMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Familiar with containerization, CI/CD, and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Passionate about technology, with a strong interest in learning, exploring open-source projects, and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Internet Finance (FinTech) industry.
• Experience with Blockchain, Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Big Data technologies.
• Experience building high-concurrency, distributed systems is a plus.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
