Job Summary
You will implement and manage accounting and payroll systems, prepare full sets of accounts, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, coordinate with clients and authorities, and support smooth financial operations for Carnelian Corporate Services Pte Ltd and its clients.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain accounting and payroll software systems such as MYOB and Solution to optimize company financial processes
Prepare full sets of accounts for Carnelian Corporate Services Pte Ltd and clients, including those incorporated in tax-neutral countries
Maintain accurate accounting records for Carnelian Corporate Services Pte Ltd, related companies, and clients
Prepare accounts for clients deriving passive rental income from Singapore immovable properties
Act as Nominee Director for designated company clients, fulfilling governance responsibilities
File simple tax returns for clients in compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage all bank transactions and related correspondence for Carnelian Corporate Services Pte Ltd accounts
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
Prepare and file CPF returns and IR8A forms to meet statutory deadlines
Oversee the full payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
Ensure financial statements and annual reports comply with financial reporting standards and coordinate with external auditors
Liaise with tax agents to ensure timely submission of income tax returns
Coordinate and collaborate with inter-company teams to fulfill requests efficiently
Communicate effectively with clients, banks, and authorities to address client requirements and resolve issues
Issue invoices to clients of Carnelian Corporate Services Pte Ltd and follow up on payments to maintain cash flow
Update and maintain the company database to ensure data accuracy
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of Asia Pacific offices, demonstrating flexibility and initiative
Exhibit responsibility, teamwork, independence, proactivity, meticulousness, and initiative in all job functions
