Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency and adherence to customer service requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee material usage and purchasing activities, and ensure proper stock control and documentation.
• Optimise operational costs through effective manpower planning, overtime control, resource allocation and expenditure monitoring.
• Manage customer enquiries and complaints, monitor service deliverables and ensure operational performance meets agreed expectations.
• Review warehouse workflows, implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate work instructions, records and data processing standards.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, conduct on-the-job training and ensure compliance with established procedures and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics
• 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and customer service
