Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision, with a proven track record of managing site operations and leading work teams

Familiar with construction processes, methods and materials; able to read and interpret drawings, and ensure works are carried out according to specifications and standards

Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site safety requirements; able to enforce safety measures and ensure all works comply with local regulations

Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coordinate subcontractors, workers and suppliers, and manage daily site progress to meet project timelines

Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure; willing to work on site and able to start work at short notice. Relevant trade certification or supervisory qualification is an advantage
