Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Proven sales experience sector-specific sales experience is preferred.

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Good communicator and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality

Based in Klang Valley but required to cover Central, Northen, Sothern & East Malaysia if required.

Managing & providing overall sales & product knowledge support to the beauty salons

Ensuring sales targets to be achieved by beauty salons.

Monitoring the performance of beauty salons and aesthetic clinic sales targets and motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collecting customer feedback and providing beauty industry updates to brand team.

Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness and sales.

Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with beauty salon owners to close sales.

Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with beauty salon owners.

Responsible for trade & sales issues, complaints and day-to-day operational matters;

Meticulous preparation of monthly reports and templates
