Responsibilities:
Lead a team of M&E coordinators and BIM modellers on M&E design and coordination works.
Review M&E drawings and work with consultants and subcontractors to solve technical and site issues.
Track drawing approvals, material submissions and M&E documents to keep works moving.
Make sure M&E works on site follow the approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise site progress and coordinate subcontractors to keep works on schedule.
Attend technical and site meetings, and update the Project Manager on any issues.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate, or equivalent.
6 – 7 years of relevant experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
Must have experience in substation projects.
Good leadership and communication skills to manage coordinators, consultants and subcontractors.
Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
