Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and generate sales leads.
• Follow up with prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Explain product benefits and respond to customer enquiries.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales database.
• Build positive customer relationships and support sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
• Good communication and telephone skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Positive attitude, target-driven and willing to learn.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,453.33 - RM5,153.33 per month
