Onemate Auto Accessories is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, order fulfilment, inventory management, and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep warehouse stock organised, properly arranged, and stored in designated locations
  • Pick, pack, and check customer orders accurately before dispatch
  • Handle daily deliveries to customers, courier hubs, or other designated locations as instructed by the company
  • Ensure the correct items and quantities are delivered safely and on time
  • Check goods before departure and provide delivery confirmation when required
  • Handle company products responsibly during transportation and report any delivery issues promptly
  • Ensure physical stock quantities tally with the e-commerce department's records
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team regarding stock availability, orders, and deliveries
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and arranging incoming stock
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform other related duties as assigned

About you

  • Responsible, honest, disciplined, and punctual
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented when handling stock, orders, and deliveries
  • Physically able to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock where required
  • Able to commit to the working schedule and perform assigned duties reliably
  • Willing and able to handle daily delivery duties as required
  • A valid driving licence and ability to drive a car are preferred
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience is an advantage but not compulsory

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
