Join a public healthcare medical centre in the West and keep its operations running smoothly through accurate data reporting, coordination and project support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and compile monthly operational reports from NGEMR and related systems (outpatient, surgical workload, allied health, endoscopy)
• Update the monthly operations dashboard and submit data to cluster and MOH portals by deadline
• Extract and organise data for specialty dashboards; flag outliers for verification
• Manage the daily operations tracker and follow up on assigned actions
• Send staff broadcasts, raise IT service tickets and prepare staff feedback materials
• Support operations meetings: agendas, logistics, minutes and follow-ups
• Coordinate transition and relocation activities, including tracking actions, organising records and preparing status updates

What You'll Bring

• Degree in any discipline and above
• Entry-level candidates with good project coordination skills are welcome
• Strong MS Excel skills; experience with NGEMR or healthcare data is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines
• Good written communication and stakeholder skills
