• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video production, content creation, or social media management.

• Portfolio of video work is a MUST, such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant platforms.

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is an added advantage.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

• Comfortable operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Proficient in video editing using CapCut (剪映) and familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design and content creation tools.

• Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO, social media algorithms, and content scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

• Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong creative eye for aesthetics, visual presentation, and storytelling.

• Willing to work flexible hours when required for events and video shoots.
  

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with a strong and relevant portfolio are welcome to apply.

• Video Production & Editing

• Film and shoot professional videos, including interviews, vlogs, product demonstrations, and events.

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

• Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, music, and other elements to enhance viewer engagement.

• Manage and maintain video equipment and studio setup.

• Social Media Management

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and platform-specific copy.

• Monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement, and respond on behalf of the brand.

• Track social media analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.

• Stay updated with social media trends and propose new and creative content ideas.

• Personal Assistant Duties

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting coordination.

• Handle emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents when required.

• Coordinate events, run errands, and provide support for daily operations.
