Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Customer Service or a related discipline.

  • Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills are essential.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist with handling customer enquiries and obtaining quotations from principals.

  • Prepare and submit RFQs, ITBs, quotations and related documentation in a timely manner.

  • Follow up on quotation and opportunity status with customers and principals.

  • Maintain proper records and update the status of enquiries and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, logistics and other internal teams to support customer requirements.
