- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage
- Positive attitude, responsible, honest and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and overtime when required
- Candidates with clinic, healthcare or customer service experience are encouraged to apply
- Location: Elite Medicare Clinic at Iskandar Puteri, Johor (We have two branches: Eco Botanic & Bukit Indah)
Tanggungjawab
- Handle patient registration, appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and payments
- Assist doctors and patients during consultations and basic clinical procedures
- Assist with medication preparation, dispensing and stock management
- Perform basic nursing/clinical support duties as trained
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene standards within the clinic
- Assist with daily clinic operations and other duties assigned by the management
