We are looking for passionate and industry-driven Media Trainers to deliver engaging and hands-on learning experiences in areas such as photography, videography, content creation, branding, social media, and AI-assisted media production.

We are seeking trainers who are not only technically skilled, but are also active creative practitioners with real-world industry experience and a strong portfolio of works to showcase.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom-based and practical training sessions for adult learners and working professionals
• Facilitate hands-on learning activities, demonstrations, discussions, and project-based exercises
• Guide learners in creative workflows involving photography, videography, editing, storytelling, branding, content strategy, and digital media production
• Share practical industry knowledge, production techniques, and real-world experiences during training sessions
• Support learners in assessments, portfolio development, and project execution
• Ensure training delivery aligns with curriculum requirements, learning outcomes, and organisational standards
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional classroom environment
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively and ensure smooth class facilitation
• Work closely with the training, operations, and academic teams to support programme delivery
• Stay updated with current industry trends, creative tools, digital platforms, and emerging AI technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in media, creative production, content creation, marketing, branding, photography, videography, or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience in real-world media production and creative workflows
• Applicants should possess an active portfolio showcasing past projects, campaigns, productions, social media content, photography, videography, or other creative works
• Portfolio should demonstrate creative direction, storytelling ability, technical competency, and understanding of current digital media trends
• Familiar with current industry-standard and emerging tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Canva, AI media tools, or equivalent platforms
• Able to translate industry knowledge into practical and engaging learning experiences
• Strong classroom management and facilitation skills
• Able to manage learners professionally and maintain a conducive learning environment
• A positive team player who is able to work collaboratively with trainers, operations, and internal teams
• Prior training, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred
• ACLP/ACTA certification is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about creative education, learner development, and emerging media technologies
