Responsibilities

Maintain and update all policies and procedures manuals to reflect current practices

Hire and train administrative staff to build a competent support team

Delegate tasks effectively to administrative assistants to optimize workflow

Create and organize personnel folders for new hires to ensure accurate record-keeping

Monitor and project staffing needs to support department growth and resource planning

Oversee department budget planning and development to manage financial resources

Manage and maintain all department databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

Perform clerical accounting and general office duties as required to support daily operations
