Tanggungjawab

Qualification:

At least Nitec in Technology for Facility Management, GEC “O” or “N” level, “A” Level or equivalent
At least 2 years’ relevant working experience

Job Description:

To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.
To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor
To accurately and timely log-in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System)
To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI
To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests
To perform other ad-hoc duties required
