Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Curriculum Development

• Plan and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
• Develop and enhance course materials in line with curriculum requirements.
• Prepare assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

2. Academic & Student Development

• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Participate in curriculum reviews, academic planning, and institutional activities.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous academic improvement.

3. Research & Professional Development

• Engage in relevant research, scholarly activities, and professional development.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and developments in the respective field.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Master's Degree in a relevant discipline; Ph.D. holders are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant teaching experience at pre-university, foundation, or tertiary level is an advantage.
• Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
