Your new company

Client is a leading manufacturing company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Service / Admin personnel.

Location: Geylang Bahru
Salary: 2200 - 2500
Duration: 2 - 3 months Contract

Your new role

  • Process sales and service orders accurately in the ERP system.
  • Perform data validation to ensure order and customer information is accurate and complete.
  • Monitor orders to ensure timely allocation and delivery.
  • Coordinate inventory availability to meet customer requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an added advantage.
