As an Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform general repairs and routine maintenance of premises, facilities, and equipment.
• Assist with room setup, space arrangements, and preparation for various activities and functions.
• Support asset management, including movement, labelling, and inventory tracking.
• Monitor the condition and functionality of facilities and equipment, coordinating external maintenance services when required.
• Monitor security and safety systems and respond to operational incidents and emergencies.
• Support workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and facilities-related initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in maintenance, facilities experience in healthcare are preferrable
