If you’d rather be out meeting people than staring at a screen all day, this role puts you on the ground at roadshows, events and pop-ups, representing brands face-to-face.

About Vision Organisation
We’re an outsourced sales and marketing organisation in Singapore. We represent local and international brands across industries such as telecommunications, charities and other consumer brands through in-person campaigns. Campaigns change over time, so you’ll gain exposure to different products and audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Engage members of the public at roadshows, events and pop-ups
• Introduce our clients’ products, services or causes, and drive direct sales or sign-ups
• Build brand awareness through face-to-face conversations
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Join in-office training, workshops and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• About 9 hours in total
• The first 2–3 hours are in the office for training, coaching and team activities
• The rest of the day is out on-site, engaging customers
• Schedules are fixed according to campaign needs

• No experience needed. Fresh graduates, ORD-ing / post-NS individuals, career switchers and all applicants are welcome
• Enjoys meeting people and is comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback
• Comfortable with an active, on-your-feet, results-driven role
• Available for an in-person interview
