Working Location : Port Klang

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations for both ambient warehouse and cold room facilities.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement, inventory accuracy, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate cold room temperatures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Ensure goods are handled and stored according to product requirements and company procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor work performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, transport, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock records, and operational documents.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations, preferably in ambient warehouse and cold room environments.
• Experience in supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and stock management procedures.
• Familiarity with cold room operations, temperature monitoring, and proper product storage practices.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
