Monthly Salary: SGD 4,000 – 5,000
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
Manage incoming receipts and outgoing payments.
Prepare and process bank transfers and supplier payments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on customer collections.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Handle other ad-hoc accounting duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in a commodity trading environment
