BMS T&C Supervisor (On-Site) | SGD 4,000 – $4,500
We are seeking an experienced
BMS Testing & Commissioning Supervisor
with strong hands-on knowledge of Building Management Systems and ACMV controls.
Key Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
3 –7 years of relevant project experience
Strong experience in
BMS Testing & Commissioning
Hands-on knowledge of
sensors, relays, BMS control panels, wiring and troubleshooting
Experience with
Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Daikin BMS systems
Good knowledge of
VAVs, dampers, thermostats, flow meters and ACMV controls
Familiar with
BACnet and Modbus protocols
Able to handle technical documentation, drawings and T&C submissions
BCSS / relevant Safety Supervisor or Coordinator certification is compulsory
Able to supervise and coordinate on-site BMS T&C activities
Salary:
SGD 4,000 – SGD 4,500/month
Working Hours:
Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
