As part of our continued growth and development of our consulting and professional training capabilities, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Principal Consultants, Technical Subject Matter Experts and Specialist Trainers to support potential future assignments across our international markets.

Role Description The Principal Asset Management Consultants/Specialist Trainers role can be based anywhere Asia, Africa, Middle East, UK and Europe. These roles involves leading asset management consulting engagements, including ISO 55001 maturity assessments, developing improvement roadmaps, supporting projects and advising clients on strategic asset management, risk, and investment optimisation. The individual will also help with delivering training programs on asset management standards and best practices including ISO 55001 to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities may include but not limited to conducting analytical studies of asset data, facilitating workshops, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting business development through proposals and client relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional client teams and staying current on industry trends and digital asset management tools are also key aspects of the role.

We are particularly interested in engaging experienced industry professionals who can bring ISO 55001 auditing and implementation experience, technical excellence, strategic insight and practical delivery experience to our consulting assignments, executive development programmes and specialist technical training.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in professionals who can demonstrate:

• Significant industry experience and recognised subject-matter expertise.
• A strong track record in consulting, technical advisory services, engineering leadership or professional training.
• Practical experience applying industry standards, methodologies and recognised best practices.
• The ability to develop and deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training programmes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant academic qualifications, professional registrations or specialist certifications. (CEng, IAM Diploma, ISO 55001 Auditor, CMRP)
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary and international environments.

Experience supporting asset-intensive organisations across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe or other international markets would be advantageous.
