Job Summary
We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate logistics and support day-to-day administration. You will keep our financial and operational processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable accurately in QuickBooks
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries and shipments so goods arrive on time
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve logistics and shipment issues
• Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier records and statements
• Support GST filing and month-end close
• Handle general administration and office operations

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or business
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and clear communication with suppliers and customers

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo or another ERP system
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience in logistics or shipping
