Job Summary

Manage daily sales and foreign currency exchange transactions while assisting customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations to support smooth retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales and foreign currency exchange transactions accurately to ensure smooth operations
• Assist customers by addressing currency exchange enquiries clearly and promptly
• Monitor exchange rates and verify authenticity of currency notes to prevent errors and fraud
• Maintain precise cash and transaction records for audit and reporting purposes
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and generate reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Support retail operations by assisting with inventory management tasks
• Comply with AML/CFT regulations and follow company procedures to uphold legal and ethical standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, cashiering, or money-changing roles preferred to enhance transaction handling efficiency
• Proficient numerical and cash-handling skills to manage monetary transactions accurately
• Basic computer literacy and record-keeping knowledge to maintain transaction documentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with customers
