Responsibilities:

• Coordinate crew schedules, rotations, and deployment plans to ensure adequate staffing for all operational requirements
• Maintain accurate records of crew documentation, including certifications, medical clearances, and compliance requirements
• Communicate with crew members, management, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Monitor crew welfare and ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in coordinating crew training, inductions, and onboarding processes for new team members
• Handle enquiries and provide administrative support to crew members regarding employment matters and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in oil and gas industry, handling crew coordination, scheduling, operations, or administrative support.
• Ensure all crew documents comply with company and client requirements.
• Monitor crew availability, certifications, medical validity, and training records.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational changes.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
