Role Overview:

The intern will support the Strategy team in both organisational and corporate research, with approximately one-third of the role focused on organisational research and two-thirds on corporate research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, environmental scans, and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop briefing materials, reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Support the preparation of research and content for Pre-National Delegates Conference and National Delegates Conference workstreams.
• Assist with annual planning, workplans, and other business-as-usual (BAU) strategy deliverables.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support for research initiatives and stakeholder engagements

Candidate Profile

• Experience in research, strategy, policy development, stakeholder engagement, project management, or organisational planning would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyse data and develop professional presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing briefing papers, reports, presentations, and engagement materials for diverse stakeholders.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and contribute to both strategic projects and day-to-day operational needs.
• Experience supporting conferences, forums, workshops, or large-scale stakeholder engagement initiatives is a plus.
