Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales and order fulfilment for marine navigation and communication equipment. The successful candidate will coordinate quotations, customer orders and deliveries, working closely with sales, technical and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for marine navigation and communication equipment, spare parts and related services.

• Process sales orders, purchase orders and order confirmations accurately.

• Follow up on quotations and outstanding orders with customers and internal teams.

• Coordinate equipment availability, delivery schedules and shipment arrangements with suppliers and logistics providers.

• Liaise with technical and service teams on product requirements, installation and service scheduling.

• Prepare invoices, delivery orders and other sales documentation.

• Maintain customer records, pricing information and sales activity reports.

• Support payment follow-ups and resolve order or delivery discrepancies.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies or a related discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service or order processing.

• Experience in marine equipment or navigation and communication systems would be advantageous.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems would be beneficial.

• Able to manage multiple orders and meet delivery deadlines.

• Willing to work in the West of Singapore.
