Responsibilities
Uphold the company brand by representing its image professionally in all customer interactions
Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries to ensure high service standards
Perform detailed skin analysis and deliver personalized consultations to meet client needs
Drive sales growth of aesthetic services, skincare products, facial, slimming, and TCM therapeutic services
Build customer rapport through friendly and approachable engagement to enhance client satisfaction
Lead and manage your sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Collaborate with team members to optimize overall branch sales performance and customer experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate passion for sales, leadership, and engaging customers to drive business success
Exhibit an outgoing and pleasant personality that fosters positive customer interactions

Commission structure includes ala carte, packages, product sales, branch performance, and overriding commission
