We’re looking for a

Restaurant Supervisor

who brings positive energy, strong people skills, and a passion for great service. Someone who can keep the floor running smoothly, support the team, uphold high standards, and make every guest feel genuinely welcome.

This is not a stand-back-and-watch kind of role.

This is for someone who leads by example, thrives in a busy service environment, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to bring out the best in the people around them.

What you’ll own

Keeping the guest experience exceptional

Delivering warm, attentive service and helping resolve guest feedback with care

Making sure every guest enjoys a welcoming, consistent, and memorable experience

Running smooth daily operations

Keeping the floor clean, organised, and service-ready

Ensuring SOPs, service standards, and daily operations are consistently followed

Coordinating with the kitchen and wider team to keep service efficient and seamless

Supporting and developing the team

Guiding, training, and motivating front-of-house team members

Helping new and existing team members build product knowledge and deliver great service

Coordinating shifts and supporting the team through busy periods

Keeping standards high

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

Checking stock and supplies to ensure the team has what it needs to operate smoothly

Leading by example and addressing issues proactively before they affect the guest experience

What we’re looking for

You have experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory or team-leading role

You’re passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

You can guide, motivate, and support a team while keeping service standards high

You communicate well, listen to feedback, and work collaboratively with others

You stay organised, detail-oriented, and calm when things get busy

You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and lead by example

You’re genuinely into quality food, drinks, and hospitality done properly
