• Develop and manage relationships with accounting partners to drive platform adoption throughout their client organizations
• Monitor inbound/outbound channels and proactively respond to leads.
• Own initial discovery conversations with prospective customers.
• Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if the product is a strategic investment.
• Accurately capture customer information for future follow-up in our CRM.
• Influence decisions to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Explain product features into benefits for the customer.
• Use pre-built solutions and recommendations based on customer goals and objectives.
• Offer competitive insights as to why the product is a good fit for each prospective customer’s needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the market and competitive landscape.
• Meet or exceed defined revenue, productivity, and quality metrics.
